Perra Lila was born in Thessaloniki at 1990. She studied at the University of Thessaly in Volos in the Department of Planning and Regional Development, where she obtained the Bachelor Degree in 2014. At the same year, she continued her postgraduate studies in Thessaloniki, at the Department of Civil Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she obtained the title “MSc in Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development” in 2015. In 2016, in parallel with work, she studied for the Master program “Techniques and Methods in Spatial Analysis, Planning and Management” of the Department of Rural and Surveying Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki obtaining in 2018 the Master Degree with a specialization in Organizing and Managing Resources and Development Projects. In addition, in 2018 she attended lessons for an educational program on Data Science and Data Engineering. Since June 2018, she is a member of CERTH/HIT, where she is participating in research programs on sustainable mobility and maritime transport.
