Ioannis Alertas was born in Athens, in 1973. He acquired a diploma in Applied Arts as a Graphic Designer and he’s occupied as such since the late 1992.
Initially employed in the field of advertising, he worked on many applications of classic graphic design, such as design of logo and corporate identity, print ads, packaging, book and leaflets layouts. He has participated in the creation and publication of comics and even provided original cartoons and illustrations to children’s books. Through the years, he transitioned to more contemporary areas, such as web design, interactive applications, animated graphics, UI design for mobile apps etc. Since 2008 and up to date, his main occupation was that of the design and development of e-Learning courses.
