Maria Stavara picture
Maria Stavara was born in Larissa in 1997 and has been working as a Research Associate at the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) since November 2020. She holds a diploma in Rural and Surveying Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) and she is a postgraduate student in Project Management, Transportation and Spatial Planning of the University of Thessaly (UTH) since 2021.
Her main research activities are related to Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) and Data Exchange Systems. She has also co-authored several research papers in the above fields. She speaks fluently English and very good Spanish.
