Mrs Angeliki Konsta is Psychologist, MSc Stress Management and Health Promotion of Athens University Medical School. She has specialized in Sleep Disorders and especially in insomnia, in Germany, as a part of the fellowship of the European Sleep Research Society (2012). She is partner of the Sleep Study Unit (SSU) of Eginition Hospital and responsible for Cognitive-Behavioural Treatment of insomnia. She is educating in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy group and she has also been educated in Clinical Psychopathology, in Occupational Psychology and Human Resources Management and Diagnosis and Treatment of Learning Disabilities. She has participated in national and European conferences with lectures and poster presentations with main research topic on sleep disorders and especially on non pharmacologic treatment of insomnia. She is currently working at the Institute for Sustainable Mobility and Transport Networks (HIT) of CERTH as Associate Researcher in Transport and Tourism and is engaged in the study of issues related to Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) applications for driver and vehicle, the development of interfaces regarding (elderly, disabled, illiterate - online illiterate, etc.) with the accessibility evaluation for each new system / application in the field of transport. She speaks English, German and Greek Sign language.
