Sofoklis Dais is working as a research associate for HIT/CERTH since August 2018 with a major professional and research interest in the development of innovation in the sector of transport and logistics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki, Greece) and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Innovation Management from the University of Gävle, (Gävle, Sweden). In recent years he has taken on responsibilities for the management and technical implementation of projects focusing on the digital transformation of the logistics sector and the strengthening of cooperation between the actors involved in the industry (e.g., FENIX, FOR-FREIGHT and Smart-Corridors).
