Styliani Petromelidou is a MSc chemist graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her research field is environmental chemistry. During her studies, she has utilized the Liquid Chromatography tandem to Mass Spectrometry for the identification and quantification of emerging contaminants in environmental samples. She is currently doing her PhD and she has expanded her field of study in human samples. Her dissertation’s title is “Novel approaches for target and non-target screening of newly identified emerging contaminants in environmental and human samples by high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS)”.
