Dr. Ioannis D. Benekos of HIT/CERTH chaired the Technical Session of Technical Committee A3 of the World Road Association - PIARC (www.piarc.org) on Risk Management at the 26th World Road Congress held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on October 6-10, 2019.
International experts on risk management provided presentations at the Technical Session. Moreover, the work performed by the Technical Committee A3 during the 2016-2019 cycle was also presented. This work resulted in the publication of the following Technical Reports that are available from PIARC’s website:

- Project risk catalog.
